BCA (Blue Cedar Artisans) is a community of local artists that have come together to create and make available a variety of products including graphic packages, knitting, sewing and crochet products, laser cutting/engraving and more!

FREE Graphic Products: Anyone can view and download the FREE Graphic Products under the Shop menu option above.
Purchases: To view or purchase any item in the Shop, you are required to create an account. This is so that the system can record and store your purchases. For digital purchases this is required in case you need to redownload your products. For tangible goods this is required to track taxes and other information. You may delete your account at any time as well as request all information related to you and your account be deleted from our system. Simply email us with your request.
Download links are only valid for 24 hours after purchase! But you may request new links if required.
PayPal and Stripe: I use a shopping cart system that connects with PayPal and Stripe. Although my site is protected with an SSL certificate, all transactions will be via PayPal or Stripe. SadDuck collects no personal information other than your email. With PayPal or Stripe you can purchase with your account or any credit/debit card. You do not have to have a PayPal or Stripe account to pay with a credit/debit card.
Live Chat: I am using a system that provides for live chat with on line customers. Right now I am still getting this website updated and adding additional products so my time is short. The best way to contact me is via email. When I have free time I will activate the chat feature. When available, use the icon that will show in the top left corner of the screen to open a chat window. On a mobile device that icon may be in the lower right corner.
